Kevin Zheng
Kevin is an IT practitioner and computer science fan with more than 20 years' experience. He's a SAP R/3 Certified Application Consultant, an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), and an IBM Certified Lotus Specialist (CLS - Lotus Notes Domino 7).
Before founding Driver Easy in 2009, Kevin created and ran an IBM Lotus technical forum with more than 70,000 registered members, which was awarded an IBM Software Technical Community Contribution Award. Prior to that, he helped customers build DIY computers.
His experience in these businesses drove home the importance of making technical problems easy to solve, which, in turn, led to the formation of Driver Easy.

Quasar Xue
Quasar (pronounced “Kway-zar”) is our lead web developer. He manages our website backend, our license management system and all other web development tasks, and he enjoys creating intuitive, elegant systems that help people achieve their goals.
Having been a developer since 2014, he has vast experience in a range of web-based solutions, including customer relationship management (CRM), content management systems (CMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and office automation (OA) systems.
Quasar is obsessed with metal and rock music, and he spends an inordinate amount of time playing the electric guitar, himself. He’s also a big fan of anime, comics and games (ACG) and manga.

Willson holds a degree in Computer Science and Technology from Central South University. He has a profound passion for programming, with particular expertise in C# and Golang.
As a full-stack software engineer, he currently spearheads the development of DriverEasy software. Throughout his career, Willson has been associated with prestigious companies like Kingsoft and Tencent, where he played pivotal roles in numerous significant projects, amassing a wealth of practical experience.
In his leisure time, Willson enjoys exploring smart home projects, striving to weave technology seamlessly into everyday life. A staunch advocate of minimalism, he consistently endeavors to streamline complexity in both his professional and personal life, with a steadfast focus on crafting efficient and pragmatic solutions.

Levi is one of our front-end web developers. Along with our other devs, he’s responsible for ensuring our website is user-friendly, intuitive, fast, secure and reliable.
A developer since 2017, he has rich experience in web front-end dev, and he’s especially good at developing various types of web pages and SDKs, as well as cross-end APPs on Flutter.
Like most programmers, Levi is curious by nature, and enjoys learning new technologies and acquiring new knowledge, so he always has his eye on the latest and greatest in the world of development.
A self-professed nerd, he loves science fiction books and movies, gaming and anime, but he also enjoys the same things ‘normal’ people do, including travel, reading the news and relaxing to music.

Hinata is one of our PHP developers. A proud geek, and former network security professional, he’s responsible for interface development of our web backend, WordPress function modification and plug-in development, and the reconstruction and maintenance of our new order platform.
Even in his spare time, Hinata lives and breathes code, and can often be found researching black and crack technologies (e.g. contributing to the open source community and developing tools for mobile phone).

Derek is our resident Linux boffin. Since 2017 he has handled all our server maintenance and, by virtue of his vast technical knowledge, most of our other IT.
And if you know anything about Linux people, you won’t be surprised to learn that he spends most of his free time learning new tech, immersed in Linux-based, open source projects to solve everyday problems, or playing with new Linux distributions, Raspberry Pi, routers and other devices that use Linux as their underlying system.

Andr (pronounced “And-er”) is our resident Windows and driver guru. While we’re all well versed in both, Andr is our go-to guy when we reach the limits of our knowledge.
Not surprisingly, Andr is responsible for maintaining Driver Easy’s database of drivers and also for level 3 technical support. He also handles procurement of our testing computer hardware (and staff hardware).
Prior to joining Driver Easy, Andr worked for just under 2 years in Windows system administration for Chang Sha Zhan Yin Information Technology Co Ltd.

Before joining Driver Easy in 2013, Aimee studied industrial design, which was when she became interested in user experience. An artist at heart, Aimee still draws and paints in her spare time, and draws great inspiration from her love of travel.

Au lieu de cela, vous devez déterminer quel matériel vous possédez et qui l’a fabriqué, puis vous devez visiter le site Web de ce fabricant, trouver sa page de téléchargement de pilotes, puis localiser le pilote le plus récent pour votre système d’exploitation. Cuiseur facile à riz
Notre fondateur, Kevin Zheng, estime que les concepteurs et les développeurs de logiciels devraient s’inspirer de choses simples à utiliser dans le monde réel. (Oui, c’est un grand fan du livre de Donald Norman – The Design of Everyday Things.)
L’exemple préféré de Kevin est le cuiseur à riz…
Quand j’étais petit, la cuisson du riz était difficile en Chine. Il y avait tellement de façons de le gâcher : trop d’eau, trop de riz, une mauvaise température, un mauvais temps de cuisson et une centaine d’autres variables. Puis le cuiseur à riz électrique est apparu et a résolu tous ces problèmes. Maintenant, pour cuire le riz, il suffit d’appuyer sur un gros bouton. Je pense que la résolution des problèmes liés aux pilotes de Windows devrait être tout aussi simple. C’est pourquoi j’ai appelé notre produit Driver Easy, et notre société Easeware.

Notre produit
Nous avons passé des années à affiner nos processus de validation des pilotes pour nous assurer que les pilotes que nous incluons dans notre produit sont corrects, à jour, sûrs, sécurisés et stables.
Certification Microsoft
C’est essentiel car tous les fabricants ne font pas certifier leurs pilotes par Microsoft, en particulier pour le matériel ancien. (C’est un processus très rigoureux et très long, et pour les fabricants qui proposent beaucoup de périphériques et de pilotes, cela peut devenir assez coûteux.)
Certifié et Compatible
Nos tests sont également beaucoup plus pratiques que ceux de Microsoft. Comme les pilotes se comportent différemment selon les ordinateurs, les versions de Windows et même en présence de différentes applications logicielles, la seule façon de savoir si un pilote sera stable, compatible et sûr pour tout le monde est de le tester physiquement sur toutes les combinaisons courantes de matériel, de système d’exploitation et de logiciels.
Nos articles (et lignes directrices éditoriales)
Le plus important est que tous nos articles soient originaux, objectifs et, à notre connaissance, précis.
Nous écrivons des articles utiles sur la résolution des problèmes courants de Windows.
Évidemment, étant donné notre expertise dans le domaine, la plupart de ces articles concernent des problèmes qui peuvent être causés par des pilotes obsolètes ou manquants. Dans ces articles, nous encourageons les lecteurs à mettre à jour leurs pilotes avec notre produit, Driver Easy. Il permet aux clients de mettre à jour tous leurs pilotes en seulement quelques clics.
Mais il est évident que les pilotes ne sont pas toujours le problème, c’est pourquoi nous faisons tout notre possible pour inclure toutes les solutions possibles dans nos articles. Tous nos rédacteurs sont tenus d’obtenir la certification Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) et nous étudions chaque problème de manière approfondie; nous effectuons également des tests sur nos propres ordinateurs lorsque cela est possible.
